Q. Can I enroll in the middle of an existing session (mid-term)?
A. Absolutely! Even if the term has already begun, you can always register for any available classes. We will gladly pro-rate your tuition. The session is our billing cycle. It is not related to class enrollment, curriculum, or advancement. Students may join at any time.

Q. Can I try a class first, before I sign up for a class?
A. Please! Potential students are encouraged to take advantage of our No Obligation Trial Class before signing up. After the trial class, if your child enjoyed the class and would like to join, just stop by the office so we can process your membership and to pay your tuition. If you decide that it is not for you, the class is complimentary.

Q. What is online registration?
A. Our online web registration system is fast, efficient, and absolutely secure.

Q. What are Multiple Class / Sibling Discount?
A. We offer a discount on EVERY class after the first one. It doesn’t matter if one child takes multiple classes or multiple children take one class each.

Q. How long is the registration fee good for?
A. There is a registration fee for each child. It is good for 365 days. It is an annual fee based on the date you signed up initially.

  • Second member: $36.00
  • Third or more members: $0.00

Q. We missed a class, are there make-ups?
A. Certainly! For your convenience, missed classes can be made up anytime within the 8-11 week session. However, they cannot be carried over to the next session. Just call before your regular class and let us know you will be absent. Then you can schedule a make-up class in a similar skill level with available space. Max 2 per session.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. You must provide the office with written notice. A $15.00 processing fee will be deducted from your account. The remainder for classes not yet taken will be mailed to you or your account can be credited for future use and the processing fee will be waived.

Q. When a session ends, am I automatically enrolled in the next session?
A. No!!! You must re-sign up for the new session to preserve your spot! You can begin re-enrollment online or in the office two weeks prior to the end of the current session. You are not automatically guaranteed a spot. The classes are available to everyone on a first come, first serve basis.

Q. Why should I provide my email address?
A. We frequently offer discounts, promotions, and online specials and want you to be the first to know about them to show appreciation to our customers.
