Tuition / 100% Tuition-Back Guarantee

  • If after your family's first class you are not entirely happy with our programs, we will gladly refund 100% of your tuition.
  • Your session tuition* is due by the first lesson of each session. The amount is based upon the number of classes your child is scheduled to attend each week and the length of each class.

*Attention: Only tuition payment secures your position in class.


Open Enrollment / Late Starters

  • Our program is continuous allowing new students to enroll in classes at any time. Tuition will be prorated accordingly for students joining after the beginning of a session.
  • For self-esteem and safety reasons, please enroll your child in the appropriate age and skill level class.  Monarchs reserves the right to make any adjustments based on a coach’s evaluation and recommendation.


Trial Class / 100% Tuition-Back Guarantee

  • Potential students are encouraged to take advantage of our Trial Class* system. Register for your class online and get the discounted online price (pick the class and time best suited to your schedule). If you decide that it is not for you, the class is complimentary and we will refund 100% of your payment. Just stop in the office after your first class to inform us and a refund will be processed to your credit card in 48 hrs.
  • As a thank you for joining our program, we’d like to offer you our NEW CUSTOMER WELCOME PACKAGE with exiting offers and discounts. Just stop in the office after the trial class.

Absences and Make-ups – for enrolled students only

Tuition pays for your child's spot in a class. However, as a courtesy, we offer make-ups for classes missed due to illness.

  • Missed classes may only be made up within the same session and are limited to two per student. Please call and cancel your scheduled class before planning a make-up.
  • Make-ups cannot be rolled over to the next session.  In the event of an absence the last week of the session, a make-up transfer into the next session will be permitted.
  • NO CREDITS will be given if you choose not to make-up or if you are unable to schedule your make-up within the session. 
  • Call or stop by the office to schedule your child’s make-up.

Exception: During Summer Session and Winter Holiday season, make-ups may be made-up in advance of the absence if within the same session. Please call the office if you are planning to miss more than two weeks during those seasons (including vacation time). We will work with you!


Annual Membership Fee

  • This is a fee which is due upon initial registration and every year on your anniversary date. This fee helps to defray our administrative costs.
  • This fee is non-refundable (excluding summer session).
  • Annual Membership Fee is discounted for additional family members. 
    • First member: $40.00
    • Second member: $36.00
    • Third or more members: $0.00


Mid-session Withdrawal / Refund

  • To discontinue your lessons, you must provide the office with written notice two weeks in advance and inform us you wish to Drop the class. This frees up your spot in the class for other customers.  Your account will be charged until we receive verified notification of the withdrawal.
  • With a refund request – a $15.00 processing fee will be deducted from your account. The remainder for classes not yet taken will be mailed to you.
  • With a credit request – the processing fee will be waived and the full remainder for classes not yet taken will be credited* for future use. 
    *(you can use credit towards any other Monarchs program)
  •  If your child has an extended illness and will require a lengthy recovery, please call the office so that we can “freeze” your account until he/she is ready to come back to the gym. We still require that written notice be submitted to the office.
  • Questions about account balances should be directed to our front office manager.


Priority Due Date (PDD) / Payment Specifics

  • (PDD) is the date by which our current students must pay tuition to maintain ‘priority’ and guarantee their class spot. After the PDD, our computer system electronically deletes unpaid students from the roster and New Students are placed in class vacancies. The PDD occurs on Saturday one week in advance of the end of each term with the exception of the Fall Term. The Priority Due Date for the Fall Term occurs one month prior to the start of the term.
  • Online registration is preferred, as it allows us to process registrations in off-peak hours, allowing us to better serve you.


Returned Check Fee

  • All returned checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00.
  • Account must be paid immediately to avoid non-participation.


Late Fee (team only)

  • For team members, a $15.00 late fee will be applied for each team family member if your payment is not received by the first scheduled lesson of each month.


As a private business Monarchs National Gymnastics Training Center reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Please note: We reserve the right to make any revision to the above policies, fees, and calendar at any time. We will do our best to make sure that every client is properly notified, however, it is your responsibility to make sure you are kept current with our policies.
