OPEN WORKOUTS 
You do not need to be a club member to participate in these programs. 


Three unique programs that allow you access to the gym without having to sign up for a specific class.
Come for gymnastics, parkour, tumbling, stunting, or just play on the tramp and in the pit, either way our
staff will be ready and waiting!

 
 
These programs are ideal for ages 6-15. 
The affordable way to get your child into the gym with the added flexibility
of choosing the days and times that work for you.
