No Experience Required!
Class for individuals NEW to Parkour and those interested in improving their technique. Participants will learn the fundamentals: Jumping, Vaulting, Climbing and Landing.
The class will work on drills to learn basic jump, blind jump, precision jump… as well as body balance.
Some of the more common techniques: Wall Running and obstacle maneuvers will be completed with a somersault in addition to other tumbling skills. In the gym environment, students will develop co-ordination, body awareness, and the ability to land safely.
!!! WARNING. Do not try these stunts at home, come to a class and we will teach you !!!
